We are hiring an experienced Demand Generation Manager to craft narratives that resonate with prospective customers, to reach them using high-return channels, and to create a magnetic pull toward the reality they all want: better patient care, less administrative work, and lower operating costs. You’ll work full-time out of our Tribeca office in NYC and report to Will Pundyk, Co-Founder & Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience marketing technology products, preferably to SMBs providing healthcare.
  • You are undaunted by the idea of pulling the future into the present faster than most could imagine, and you know how to communicate that in a way that feels like magic for customers.
  • You’re highly analytical and data-driven. You make high conviction bets on channels that generate high return.
  • You make reversible decisions quickly, optimizing for finding what works by taking action.
  • You understand how to continuously reposition our product and brand to meet our customers where they are with tools they need to deliver excellent patient care.
  • You believe words matter and write copy that drives inbound at scale.
  • You sweat the details because your brand matters.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate the full stack of tools and all marketing channels necessary to drive MQLs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design to continuously refine our ICP, customer needs, and communicate how we can create even more value for our customers.
  • Test all marketing channels, measuring KPIs, and iterating to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Create marketing campaigns from blank page to completion.
