The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our paid advertising efforts across digital channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads. This role develops and executes advertising strategies that drive measurable growth, customer acquisition, and ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate brings a highly collaborative mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI to evaluate performance, generate insights, and confidently present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams. Spanish-speaking abilities are a strong plus. Fully Remote opportunity. Candidates must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
