SUMMARY: We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist to execute digital marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and sales enablement programs that support Certarus’ growth. This role reports to the VP of Growth / Strategy and works closely with sales and operational leaders to bring Certarus’ capabilities to market. The successful candidate will have strong B2B demand generation experience, including hands-on use of marketing platforms and tools to drive targeted campaigns, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion across the customer journey. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience
  • Hands-on experience executing digital demand generation campaigns
  • Experience using B2B marketing platforms and demand generation tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM/marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience creating sales enablement content including case studies and customer stories
  • Strong writing and editing skills for professional and technical audiences
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams and subject matter experts
  • Experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, or other technical B2B markets
  • Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and conversion strategy
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing or targeted industry campaigns
  • Experience managing campaign analytics and marketing dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels
  • Use demand generation tools and marketing platforms to identify and engage high-value target accounts and industries
  • Build and optimize campaign landing pages, conversion paths, and lead capture forms
  • Support account-based and geographically targeted campaigns aligned with sales priorities
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and creative to improve campaign performance and cost per lead
  • Manage Certarus’ LinkedIn presence and content calendar
  • Develop case studies, customer stories, and industry-focused content
  • Maintain and improve website content, calls-to-action, and landing pages
  • Support customer events, industry conferences, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop decks, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Ensure materials clearly address customer challenges, use cases, and industry needs
  • Maintain a centralized library of professional, up-to-date sales and marketing assets
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics
  • Track and report on marketing-qualified leads, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Use analytics insights to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and content strategy
