About The Position

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will develop and maintain accurate forecasts while identifying volume drivers that enhance forecast precision, highlight risks, and support proactive actions that ensure delivery of business objectives. Collaborate with key partners to gather consistent forecast inputs, address gaps, and ensure alignment across functions. Ensure successful execution of customer promotions and new item launches through effective planning and integration of required inputs. Communicate forecast changes to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. Monitor and report forecast accuracy while leading continuous improvement of forecasting processes, tools, and systems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in a production, inventory, or demand planning environment, or in a collaborative function within the Consumer‑Packaged Goods industry.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and the impact of demand planning.
  • Proficiency with forecasting tools and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical and statistical background with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning and related planning processes.
