We are searching for driven, enthusiastic individuals to train to become a Dental Assistant with our Team! The trainee’s responsibilities include learning and developing practical skills, participating in online classes, observing all health and safety codes, completing assignments and competencies and successfully completing a Dental Assistant Training Program. After completing the program, trainees are eligible to earn the Registered Dental Assistant credential. Training and program costs are covered for trainees who successfully complete the program and commit to a two-year service term. To be successful as a trainee, you must have great time management and basic computer skills, be flexible, open and ready to learn. Outstanding trainees are those who respond well to feedback, build good relationships with colleagues and patients, and make a lasting impression. Individuals must be well-organized, flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.
