About The Position
Konza Prairie Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Hygiene Assistant to support our dental hygienists in delivering high-quality preventive care to patients. This role plays an important part in creating a positive patient experience while helping promote oral health through teamwork, efficiency, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for serving patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current vaccination record meeting ACIP Healthcare Worker recommendations
Nice To Haves
- One year of dental assisting experience
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program or relevant work experience
- Certification in dental radiography (X-ray certification)
- One year of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- CPR certification for healthcare providers
