Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
Current Virginia license or eligible upon graduation
Current CPR and BLS certifications, DEA license
Excellent chairside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Benefits

First-year employment guarantee of $200,000 or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
Second-year earning = 30% of production
Sign-on bonus of $15,000
