About The Position

We are hiring Deployment Engineers to support hosted environments and enterprise systems. The work includes deployments, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and operational support—built around strong documentation and disciplined execution. Success requires technical depth, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Requirements

Enterprise Windows system administration experience.
Experience supporting environments using Windows, Citrix, and VMware.
Understanding of scripting/automation (Chef, Jenkins, shell scripting).
Strong problem analysis and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

experience with APX, Moxy, and Geneva administration.

Responsibilities

Deploy and support hosted environments, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
Test, improve, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
Optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
Install and configure proprietary applications used in hosted environments.
Collaborate with team members on implementation and upgrade projects.
Develop and follow detailed project plans, schedules, and related documentation.
