The work
The Deployment Operations Analyst coordinates and supports end-to-end hardware deployments across multiple sites, ensuring smooth execution, accurate documentation, and operational continuity. Acting as the central hub for deployment operations, this role manages scheduling, live deployment support, asset tracking, reporting, and knowledge management. The Analyst maintains the team's day-to-day operational rhythm—keeping trackers updated, schedules accurate, and communications aligned as priorities shift. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, rapid issue triage, and the ability to sustain continuity during leadership transitions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting technical deployments, field operations, or similar logistics-heavy environments.
• Proficiency with data tracking, reporting, dashboards, and documentation management tools.
• US Citizen
• Valid US Passport
• Ability to obtain security clearance as needed
