About The Position

Deployment Supervisor As the volume and complexity of Apple device deployments continue to grow, the need for a dedicated Deployment Supervisor has become essential to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality across all projects. This role provides hands-on leadership within the production environment, overseeing the team responsible for imaging, configuring, and preparing devices for client delivery. The Deployment Supervisor will serve as the key point of coordination between the deployment team, project management, and logistics, ensuring all work meets company and client standards. By maintaining organized workflows, enforcing quality control, and providing real-time problem-solving, this position will help reduce errors, minimize delays, and increase throughput. In addition, having a dedicated leader on the production floor will enhance communication, accountability, and team performance, allowing Diamond Assets to take on larger deployment projects and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Apple device deployment projects, ensuring all production goals and timelines are met.
  • Lead and support deployment team members in the imaging, configuration, testing, and packaging of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, etc.).
  • Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure an efficient and organized production process.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control by verifying device setup accuracy, labeling, and asset tracking.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure all project requirements and client specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise, escalating technical or logistical concerns when necessary.
  • Manage inventory within the deployment area, ensuring proper tracking of incoming and outgoing devices and accessories.
  • Train and mentor new deployment team members on procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and client-specific requirements throughout the deployment process.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to leadership on project status, productivity metrics, and potential risks.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence in service delivery.
