Kaleida Health is seeking multiple Desktop Deployment Technicians to support domain migrations, device conversions, and on‑site technical assistance for primary care clinics transitioning to a new domain. These technicians will be embedded into 2‑person teams working alongside existing field services staff and project coordinators. Key Responsibilities: Perform computer swaps, in‑place imaging, and USB-based reimaging of endpoint devices. Set up and configure monitors, label printers, barcode scanners, and other workstation peripherals. Assist users with OneDrive, Office.com login, email profile verification, and basic application access. Perform basic endpoint troubleshooting (e.g., printers not working after flip, Wi-Fi issues with TVs or exam-room devices). Plug in and connect workstation cabling during deployments (no advanced network configuration required). Document device tracking information in spreadsheets: user details device serial numbers workstation location replacement vs. reimaged unit Follow a structured playbook and take direction from field services leadership, project managers, and site coordinators.
