About The Position

As a Deployment Technician on the AbeTech Services team, this position will be responsible for completing the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by the Project Management team.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• 1-3 years of technical experience
• Must be able to read and follow directions
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Above average technical aptitude
• Ability to assemble and present information clearly
• Ability to adapt to best practices
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities
• Have confidence under pressure
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
• Ability to stand/ be on your feet for up to 75% of the day

Responsibilities

• Complete the configuration, assembly and kitting of hardware as outlined in the documentation
• Proactively communicate to the Project Manager when issues, questions or concerns arise with deployments
• Work at a pace that enables work to be completed within schedule time yet ensure quality results
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Maintain AbeTech standard of 4-hour response to all tickets and communication
• Accurately enter time within ConnectWise as you progress throughout your day
