We are seeking a full-time Deposit Operations Associate to join our team and work on-site at our Muncy Community Office. Essential Responsibilities: Performs a variety of duties to support the deposit operations function, including but not limited to: Process inquiries and maintenance accounts and files. Process information and files for all types of bank deposit accounts; verifies information and ensures accounts are properly established to provide accurate record keeping. Performs various duties relating to deposit account and related products. Inputs data on the system consistent with established procedures. Makes necessary corrections and re-enters data as required. Scan deposit account information; ensures that all accounts are properly maintained. Research and process all inquiries from customers and bank personnel relating to deposit account information and related products. Assists in the proper maintenance of all deposit account processing equipment; reports malfunctions and problems to supervisor. Assists the Deposit Operations Supervisor, Manager, and other deposit operations positions, as needed. Backs up the morning and nightly processing functions as part of a rotation, as needed.
