About The Position

At Mobile Air & Power Rentals, we provide innovative cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions for our customers nationwide. We rent out a vast array of equipment, including portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators, helping clients save time and money while enhancing their operations and memorable events. We are immediately hiring a Depot Coordinator to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do: As a Depot Coordinator at the branch, you will manage daily operations under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Experience levels ranging from 0-5 years are welcome.
A high school diploma or GED is required; a 2-year HVAC certificate or Universal Refrigeration Certificate is preferred for higher-level technicians.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with MRP or rental software is an advantage.
Must pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check prior to employment
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting practices.
Strong customer service aptitude, effective communication skills, and mechanical knowledge.
A willingness to learn and develop within the company.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory and status of assets, inspect and clean received units, and coordinate repairs to reduce turnaround time.
Track inventory of trailers ensuring compliance with DOT standards, manage repairs, and vendor relationships to enhance availability.
Keep the yard clean and organized, manage equipment maintenance, and enforce safety standards.
Receive and test incoming accessories, organize storage, and maintain inventory using INFOR.
Utilize Texada Workflow for shipments, resolve discrepancies in Bills of Lading, and prepare units for shipping.
