About The Position

Techno is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support delivery of a high-visibility regional transit infrastructure program. This role operates as the execution backbone of the project — ensuring schedule discipline, risk governance, interdepartmental coordination, and structured decision-making across engineering, construction, and agency stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery (rail, tunnel, bridge, or large-scale civil preferred).
• Strong understanding of public agency reporting and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-pressure delivery environments.
• Excellent written communication for executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination across design, construction, project controls, safety, and quality teams.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure mitigation plans are actively managed.
• Support cost control processes, change management documentation, and schedule impact coordination.
• Prepare structured executive-level reporting for internal leadership and agency review meetings.
• Facilitate weekly progress meetings, action tracking, and escalation management.
• Ensure documentation and communication workflows align with public-sector compliance standards.
• Serve as acting lead when the Project Manager is unavailable.
