Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a related clinical role is desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly in dermatology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for exams by measuring vital signs and documenting medical histories.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures with all necessary instruments and equipment.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and handle specimen preparation for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication instructions, and skincare routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
