About The Position
If you're great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required. We create custom pull-out drawer and storage solutions that transform cluttered cabinets into organized, accessible spaces. We're growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard. We provide full training, you provide the people skills and drive. Requirements
- Great communicator who builds rapport quickly (if you can handle a packed Friday night bar rush, you can do this)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Have your own phone, computer, printer, and reliable car
Responsibilities
- Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations (like reading what a customer needs at the bar)
- Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
- Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
- Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
