Requirements
- The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Results driven and competitive
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software, such as Outlook, Word, CRM, and online resources
Nice To Haves
- Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines
Responsibilities
- Assist clients put the perfect custom window treatments in their home
- Conducting in-home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
