About The Position
As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a skilled and professional Design Consultant based in Arlington, TX to join our exceptional team. This role will be centered in Arlington and requires supporting homeowners throughout both the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. About the Role As a Stoneside Design Consultant, you’ll bring beauty and function together — helping clients turn their homes into spaces they love. You’ll meet with customers in their homes, listen to their vision, and guide them toward the perfect custom blinds, shades, and draperies. Requirements
- Strong alignment with our mission and values
- Proven track record as a top sales performer (top 10–20%, awards, or documented results)
- Passion for design and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must reside in Arlington, TX and be able to support clients across Dallas and Fort Worth
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Background in in-home sales, design consulting, or luxury retail a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspire clients with your design expertise and bring their ideas to life
- Deliver an exceptional in-home experience from first appointment through installation
- Measure, design, and recommend solutions with precision and care
- Manage your own leads, relationships, and sales pipeline
- Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
- Stay current on design trends and product innovations
- Meet or exceed sales goals through organization, creativity, and strong follow-up
