Requirements

• Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Technical Design & Analysis Applies strong design skills, control engineering knowledge, and conceptual thinking to analyze requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Presentation & Consulting Delivers clear technical presentations and offers informed consulting to internal teams or clients.
• Quality & Job Expertise Maintains a strong focus on quality, demonstrates deep job knowledge, and ensures work meets high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Design & Development Performs system evaluation, mechanical design, equipment modification, and process development to support product and operational improvements.
• Research & Technical Analysis Analyzes customer requirements, researches manufacturing methods, and interprets data to support informed engineering decisions.
• Collaboration & Values Alignment Works cross-functionally and upholds organizational core values while fulfilling assigned responsibilities as needed.
• Documentation & Compliance Generates reports, maintains technical databases, ensures regulatory compliance, and follows established engineering procedures.
• Testing & Validation Conducts feasibility studies, capability validation, and quality assurance testing to ensure products meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Technical Support & Training Provides hands-on support, trains technicians, and performs data entry or programming tasks.
