You collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and help deliver solutions that shape the future.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in light conditioning or optics
- You have used tools such as MATLAB, Zemax, and LightTools in previous roles
- You have experience leading technical teams and managing projects
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Project management experience
- Ability to work in diverse, international teams
- Knowledge of optical systems and light management
- Attention to detail and quality
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety and inclusion

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a group of engineers in light conditioning projects
- Develop strategies to optimize light management systems
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards
- Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders clearly and effectively
