About The Position
We’re seeking a Design Intern to support Saxum’s creative and communications initiatives, contributing to the visual storytelling that helps our clients move bold ideas into action. This role offers hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing creative projects that enhance brand identity and drive audience engagement. As a Creative Intern, you will explore how visual storytelling and design principles can be integrated into branding, digital content, and marketing strategies. You will work closely with Saxum’s design, strategy, and media teams to develop compelling visual content, contribute to creative solutions, and experiment with design trends. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and strategic communications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong visual and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and design.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and design of visual content across various platforms including digital media, print, and social channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with client branding and marketing goals.
- Support the design team in refining and executing design elements for campaigns and projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and approaches.
- Help maintain brand consistency across different mediums and marketing materials.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and tools to enhance creative execution.
