Role Summary Lead the technical design process for data center facilities, ensuring engineering solutions are robust, constructible, and fully approved prior to field execution.
Requirements
- Should have 5-7 years estimated experience and at least 3-5 years Data Center experience
- OSHA10-30 required
Responsibilities
- Drive the design process from concept through to Issued For Construction (IFC) documents, ensuring coordination between Architectural, Civil, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Manage post-IFC design modifications through the Change Control Board (CCB), tracking all deviations to ensure they do not compromise reliability or SLAs.
- Resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) and design conflicts during the pre-construction phase to minimize field rework.
