About The Position
Design Team Assistant – Entry-Level Full-time | Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. | On-site in Temecula, CA The entry-level Design Team Assistant performs various tasks using Adobe Photoshop and web editing tools, including: Basic Adobe InDesign and Photoshop assignments Formatting articles and other content for the web Using design production workflow tools and collaborating with Designers Since many production tasks will be trained, this position is a great fit for a candidate who is excited to learn new systems and web design–related tasks. The candidate should also have the independence to perform assigned daily projects carefully, ensuring each task is completed properly according to the guidance and instructions provided. Training Provided – New hires will be trained in basic skills for tasks such as: HTML/CSS and basic web design Adobe InDesign and other design applications Video editing tools (some prior experience with applications is helpful) We are a small team of fewer than 15 employees. Compensation Design Team Assistant: $18.00 - 20.00/hr depending on experience Advancement Path in Year 1 to Designer I (Pay range is $21.00/hr to $26.00/hr)
Requirements
- Experience working with any blog/web/social media based content editing tools
- Photoshop - Basic program experience to edit and adjust images
