Requirements

• Hardware asset management - Install/troubleshoot/redeploy laptops, desktops, printers, network components
• Major incident management
• Basic knowledge of ITSM process management - Change, Release, Data Analysis and Reporting

Responsibilities

• Asset lifecycle management including assets receiving, tracking & deployment and audit/stock management
• Procurement of devices such as desktop, laptop, and mobiles with the help of the Client procurement team
• Receive new equipment from OEMs, inspect and update the inventory list
• Vendor coordination for replacements and warranty repairs
• Provision new end user devices that are in scope
• Receive devices under repair, provision loaners, and make updates to the inventory list as required
• Software image rollout with standard images before asset deployment
• Provision/break fix of all devices that are in scope
• Schedule and deliver new and break fix equipment within the office campus
