About The Position

Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Implement virus detection and eradication procedures Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network Provide hardware/software support services to onsite client including break/fix Implement virus detection and eradication procedures Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions Diagnose printer and other peripheral devise failures and implement repair solutions Troubleshoot network devices in order to ensure connectivity from the PC to the Network Details: Depot Business hours of operation: 8:00 AM ñ 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, ET. PC Lifecycle Service Functions : Siemens provided computers: Storage, configuration, kitting, and shipping services for Siemens- approved end users. Inventory management, with regular reporting to Siemens. Inventory will be tracked regularly and reported at a minimum of once a week using Siemensís asset tracking process and tools. PC Lifecycle Management Full lifecycle management in scope, including sourcing, staging, shipping of technology on an as- needed basis, as well as Siemens IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) vendor when required. Device wiping to be conducted using Siemens-approved methods Use Siemensís approved shipping and logistics processes Scope Inclusions : Facilitation of the staging, kitting, and deployment of Siemens-owned and managed endpoint hardware to Siemens End Users across the US , including onboarding and break/fix remediation. Responsibilities
