About The Position

Supports and enhances the end‑user computing environment for SCRMC. Installs and supports hardware/software, performs upgrades, manages mobile devices, troubleshoots issues, documents requests, and ensures high‑quality technical support.

Requirements

  • Prefer prior IT enterprise experience
  • Microsoft desktop certifications preferred
  • Level classification based on healthcare experience, certifications, experience, and education

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in Microsoft desktop products
  • Experience with enterprise environments
  • Healthcare IT experience

Responsibilities

  • Resolve hardware/software issues
  • Coordinate with off‑premise vendors
  • Participate in on‑call rotation
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership
  • Work outside normal hours as needed
  • Image workstations and add to domain
  • Troubleshoot web/email/Office issues
  • Escalate to Tier 2/3
  • Maintain security and compliance (SCRMC IT, HIPAA)
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Research tools/best practices
  • Close tickets promptly
