Job Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical support within the Muransky Companies' computing environment. You will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading PC hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. You will troubleshoot technical issues in person, over the phone, and via email, providing timely and accurate solutions for our team. Requirements

  • Associate degree in a related field OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
  • Configure and set up workstations for new hires.
  • Install new software releases and system patches.
  • Maintain and update system images, wire maps, and technical documentation.
  • Configure smartphones, email, and ActiveSync.
  • Provide remote desktop support.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and support for VOIP phone systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
