About The Position

Looking for a desktop technician to join the team on a contractual basis to set up/image/stage kiosks in Knoxville and ship them to the different sites across America. They will get on the phone with the installer at the site for installation, configure IP, and then follow up to reset ensure it was successful. They are responsible for any hardware/software troubleshooting throughout the process (staging and imaging through install).

Responsibilities

• Set up/image/stage kiosks
• Ship kiosks to different sites across America
• Communicate with installer at the site for installation
