About The Position

The Detail Specialist is responsible for cleaning, preparing, and detailing equipment to ensure it meets True North Equipment’s high standards before delivery to customers. You’ll focus on: Clean, prep, and detail new and used equipment to a high standard Wash and maintain equipment, supporting the service team's needs Assist with shop and yard cleanliness and organization Support equipment setup (PDI) when needed Safely move equipment, parts, and displays as required Operate a forklift (as trained) to transport materials Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations Accurately track time and materials used Work efficiently to meet production timelines Maintain a professional attitude and support team success Represent TNE positively with customers and in the community Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–9 hours/day)
  • Basic understanding of safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with equipment detailing or similar work preferred
