About The Position

The Detail Technician position is responsible for performing final detailed work on vehicles processed throughout the operation. The position requires following established practices and procedures to ensure quality performance that meets defined quality standards. Essential Job Functions: Perform vehicle detailing, including interior and exterior of vehicle Perform minor paint corrections All work must meet quality standards

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and desire to produce work of highest quality
• Must demonstrate professionalism and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
• High degree of professionalism; must represent company in positive manner
• Ability to analyze problems and execute effective resolutions quickly
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures and follow detailed directions
• Must demonstrate high degree of customer service skill
• Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and follow through on required tasks
• Lifting requirements: 5 40 lbs.
• Requires moderate to high level of physical activity

Nice To Haves

• Prior vehicle detailing helpful but not required
• Some computer experience a plus
