About The Position

SUMMARY The Data and Analytics (D&A) Developer Analyst II works with internal and external clients to analyze requirements, gather deliverables, and support successful product implementations. The role serves as a subject matter expert on technical implementation best practices and collaborates cross functionally to ensure accurate data, timely execution, and strong client outcomes. As a D&A Developer Analyst II, you will: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of implementation and conversion processes across YieldStar, AI Revenue Management, LRO, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics. Analyze data and resolve issues within YieldStar, AI Revenue Management, LRO, and related environments. Perform SQL/Postgres tasks, including executing stored procedures, functions, and data merges. Serve as an escalation point for pre and post implementation issues that affect client success and implementation timelines.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in software implementations.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on SQL experience (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL), including JOINs, aggregates, and core SQL functions.
  • 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to identify key insights from complex information.
  • Ability to support multiple departments by researching and resolving data-related issues.
  • Experience developing automated or long-term solutions for recurring processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather, interpret, and clarify business requirements.
  • Manage multiple client implementations while delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Perform system setup and configuration, ensuring accuracy of complex data integrations and validating results against best practices.
  • Identify and communicate risks, missing data, or defects that may delay implementations and drive resolution efforts.
  • Provide pre and post implementation support for issues related to implementation processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client communications.
  • Follow departmental processes and procedures.
  • Train new team members on daily workflows and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation objectives.
