OneSite is a core enterprise-grade production system within RealPage’s ecosystem. You will operate in a fast‑paced environment, addressing blockers that limit adoption of New OneSite and reducing technical debt in mission‑critical areas. You are expected to use AI coding assistants with intermediate fluency to improve velocity and quality while ensuring results meet enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years software development experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Framework (4/4.5/4.7.2), ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Strong understanding of REST API design, documentation (Swagger), versioning, pagination, and error handling.
  • Strong T‑SQL experience (stored procedures, UDFs, inline SQL) in SQL Server 2019.
  • Experience with TFS (source control) and Azure DevOps (work tracking).
  • Intermediate AI fluency with AI coding assistants.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, curiosity, ownership mindset, and ability to ask for help when needed.
  • Familiarity with SAST scanning, DAST rollout, and ELK‑based telemetry.

Nice To Haves

  • Frontend optional: familiarity with AngularJS/Angular is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop secure, reliable C#/.NET services aligned with platform standards.
  • Participate in technical analysis, design, delivery, and modernization initiatives across the OneSite stack.
  • Modernize legacy services, including SOAP→REST transitions using consistent versioning, pagination, error models, and authentication patterns.
  • Address adoption blockers between Classic and New OneSite as part of a fast‑paced rapid‑response workflow.
  • Write and maintain SQL (stored procedures, UDFs, inline SQL) in a large SQL Server 2019 environment.
  • Use AI coding assistants for development acceleration, refactoring, documentation, and test generation; ensure outputs meet security and correctness standards.
  • Collaborate with QA, PM, BA, and peer developers; participate in design and code reviews.
