About The Position

Reporting to the Executive Director of Prospect Development & Analytics, the Development Management Specialist II conducts in-depth and confidential prospect research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to ensure campus-wide fundraising initiatives have sufficient prospects to meet fundraising goals. Research includes collection, interpretation, analysi,s and documentation of data on prospective donors and other constituent groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Prospect Management Tracking System
• Monitor Fundraising Performance and Facilitate Prospect and Portfolio Review
• Data Management
• Collaborate and Communicate with Fundraising and Development Staff
• Training and Orientation
• Other Duties as Assigned
