About The Position
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be a strategic leader managing a broad portfolio that includes individual giving, grants, fundraising campaigns, and donor stewardship. This hands-on role is responsible for executing the annual fundraising plan and strengthening the infrastructure that supports our mission. You will collaborate closely with program and administrative staff to ensure our fundraising efforts remain rooted in community impact and environmental justice.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising or an industry with transferable skills and life experience.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and experience managing CRM databases.
- The ability to draft compelling donor appeals, monthly e-newsletters, and social media content.
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese is highly valued but not required.
