About The Position
As the Development Operations Coordinator, you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in advancing the mission of New Life Ranch by ensuring donors, staff, and systems are supported with excellence, accuracy, and care. You serve as the primary hub for donor services, gift processing, data integrity, and administrative support for the Development Team. This part-time, hourly, role is a blend of professional operations and camp-style hospitality. You’ll be the friendly, steady presence, making sure gifts are processed correctly, donor questions are answered well, data stays clean, and the Development Team has the support they need to impact the mission of New Life Ranch effectively.
