The Development Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring review and continuous improvement of Development systems, data and tools that support fundraising and constituent relationship management. This role serves as a subject matter expert in the review of new or updated features to ensure a best possible design for all users of the system(s). This role supports and advises internal teams on proper use of systems to support data cleanliness and accuracy of constituent and fundraising data. The Development Systems Analyst is a member of the Data and Technology Solutions Team within Global Development’s Philanthropy Effectiveness Team. The Development Systems Analyst will work closely with the Director of Philanthropy Data and Technology Solutions to enhance Constituent Engagement system capabilities for the organization, implementing short-term tactical solutions while helping to develop and execute long-term improvement strategies. Additionally, they will provide high-quality, user-centered support to the team and the Conservancy’s staff partners that utilize various systems for effective fundraising, foster a culture of philanthropy, and equip staff with the knowledge to maximize their contributions to TNC’s conservation outcomes.
