About The Position

Join us at the May Center for Adult Services Day Habilitation in Randolph MA, as a Developmental Specialist (Classroom Lead) and make a meaningful impact every day! What You'll Do • Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development. • Implement behavioral support plans and track progress. • Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining. • Provide safe transportation for community outings. • Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with two years of experience preferred.
