Device Processing Assistant (Entry Level)
About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented assistant to help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you will support technicians by preparing devices, organizing work areas, and making sure orders are accurate and ready to move through the process. No prior lab experience is required. We will train the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who likes light hands-on technical tasks, along with cleaning, organizing, and assisting a technical team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Check incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
- Print labels and paperwork for jobs
- Help prepare devices (battery and O-ring changes)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with basic reporting and job tracking
- Support documentation and audit preparation
- Communicate updates with the team as needed
