We are seeking a Device RN to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will use your nursing/technical skills and background in cardiac care to provide specialized follow-up and remote monitoring services. Job Summary Summary • Develops and implements plans of care for specific patient populations. -Coordinates and collaborates with multi-disciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. - Provides support to healthcare professionals and patients in relation to dysrhythmias, implanted devices and invasive procedures. -Responsible for monitoring rhythm and documenting the device settings, and the rhythm response to the therapy, this includes but not limited to interrogating and making adjustments to the device per the physician's orders.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS (AHA)] - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification [PALS] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
  • Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
  • Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
