About The Position

Your Role The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The DevOps Analyst, Senior, will report to the Senior Manager, Product Line Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle
Experience documenting agile workflows and processes
Expertise in Facets-based integration, along with experience in cloud-based integrations
Solid technical foundation, including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices

Responsibilities

Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs for the highest complexity changes
Analyze all aspects of business unit functions and mappings to determine application, integration, and optimal use of information systems
Serve as DevOps Analyst for more than one technology product line/platform feature team
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments
Own and maintain pipeline health, including troubleshooting failed builds, improving deployment reliability, and optimizing delivery performance
Apply strong technical knowledge across application architecture, integrations, and cloud platforms to guide deployment strategies and operational decisions
Drive operational excellence, including but not limited to Incident Management, process automation leveraging AI, and ensuring smooth deployments for your technology products/platform features
Provide analytical support and troubleshooting for application related issues
Work directly with product stakeholders and/or technology product teams to understand the business domain
Understand, document, and communicate upstream/downstream dependencies supporting assigned development areas
Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos), representing the needs and perspectives of assigned development areas
Configure, develop (scripts, queries, reports), test, troubleshoot (system and application log interrogation), evaluate performance, and support monitoring and impact remediation
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improvements
Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the development and deployment process
Lead the team in regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches
