As a Diagnostic Assistant at MercyOne, you will: Be responsible for transporting and transferring patients to and from specified areas in a safe and professional manner Maintain carts, wheelchairs, linens, and oxygen tanks and supplies Acquire patient histories, assist patients to complete safety questionnaires, positions imaging coils and other imaging devices before scans are started Access patient scheduling programs and assist with scheduling add-on patients Adhere to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne Schedule: 40 hours a week Day shift

Requirements

• Basic skill set
• 0-2 years experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• BLS
• Mandatory Reporter Training

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for transporting and transferring patients to and from specified areas in a safe and professional manner
• Maintain carts, wheelchairs, linens, and oxygen tanks and supplies
• Acquire patient histories, assist patients to complete safety questionnaires, positions imaging coils and other imaging devices before scans are started
• Access patient scheduling programs and assist with scheduling add-on patients
• Adhere to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne
