Xylem is looking for a Diesel Field Service Technician to report to our Summerville, SC location and service our Diesel Pumps at various Xylem and Customer sites in the surrounding area. What your day will look like as a Diesel Field Service Technician The Diesel Field Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our diesel pumps and their corresponding electrical and mechanical components at various customer sites and Xylem Service Centers in the Summerville, SC area, as well as proving phone support when applicable. Equipment specific training will be provided, but applicants with previous experience working with diesel, mechanical, and electrical equipment are especially encouraged to apply. This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
