Requirements
- A Non-CDL Class C & a Mechanical background (Highly Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Responsibilities
- Suspension Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools
- Electrical System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Hydraulic System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Provide assistance, guidance and direction to Assistant Mechanic and Utility Personnel
- Interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
- Assess Structural Damage and Assign needed repairs
- Drive Train Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- General Engine Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Transmission Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
- Perform Outside Repair Inspection Review
- Provide assistance, guidance and direction to Assistant Mechanics
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Performs minor repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.
- Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
- Assists in the repair and adjustment of equipment.
- Washes vehicles and equipment.
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles.
- Assists senior Mechanics in the completion of project work.
- Assists with service calls for breakdowns.
- Performs other maintenance related work as required.
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standard

- Starting salary of $36.85 per hour depending on experience

- $7,500 Sign on Bonus
- Boot allowance $275 per year (after 90-day probationary period)
