About The Position
Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is expanding and currently seeking a motivated and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. Based out of our Bensalem, PA location, this pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our trailer rental and leasing customer base and securing consistent fleet maintenance work. Requirements
- A or B-level technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel diagnostics and repair
- Strong skills in electrical, engine, and transmission systems
- Stable work history and a track record of reliability and responsibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to quality work and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, DEF systems, clutches, transmissions, exhaust systems, and electrical components
- Execute preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles meet high safety and performance standards
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Maintain high standards for quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- Highly competitive hourly pay: $22.00 – $40.00/hour based on skill level and production
- Monday–Friday work schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) with optional overtime
