The Diet Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of duties in the support of the Clinical Dietitians and Patient Tray line area of Nutritional Services. Performs clerical duties related to the communication of patient diet orders from Physicians/Nursing units to trayline for food tray assembly. Also performs clerical duties related communications from Nursing Units to Dietitians. This position is responsible for keeping daily records, supporting CQI/PI or data collection projects, conserving resources, promoting excellent customer relations. Perform all other duties assigned.
