About the position
Ignite Medical Resort Chesterton is hiring Dietary Servers to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. As a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort, we combine luxury amenities with high-quality care to provide a superior rehabilitation experience. Dietary Servers play a vital role in enhancing resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. This position requires full-time hours with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to residents and guests during meal times.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and nursing staff regarding dietary needs.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards residents and guests.
