The Courtyards, part of Cima Senior Living, is hiring a Dining Services Director to lead daily dining operations in our senior living community. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment (required)
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
• Texas Food Manager Certification Program
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and hospitality
• Responsible for meal planning, staff supervision, budgeting, compliance with dietary regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for residents
• Ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and accommodate special dietary needs
• Lead and manage the dining services team, kitchen staff, and servers
