About The Position
Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Dietetic Assistant II for our Food Services department will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Dietetic Asst. II you will: Responsible for passing, set-up and picking up all the patient food trays daily (breakfast and lunch). Responsible for the passing and picking up of the patient menus. Responsible for checking the menus to make sure they are accurate and correct according to the doctor's diet order. Visits patients at meals, monitor meal acceptance, and resolves challenging food service problems in such a way as to maximize patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years’ hospital food service experience a plus
Nice To Haves
- Food Handlers Certification a plus
