About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Dietetic Technician to support nutritional care services for NICU and pediatric patient populations . This role involves assisting with dietary planning, patient support, and coordination with clinical teams to ensure optimal nutrition care.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
- Food Safety Certification (required)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication, math, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of dietetic or nutrition-related experience
- Experience working with NICU or pediatric populations
Responsibilities
- Support nutritional care plans for NICU and pediatric patients
- Assist in monitoring and documenting patient dietary needs and intake
- Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams to ensure proper nutrition support
- Provide education and guidance related to dietary requirements
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
